We believe that you and your pet should feel as comfortable as possible with your sitter before our scheduled service takes place. That’s why we offer a free in-home consultation before your first service begins. This gives everyone a chance to get to know each other and make sure that this is a good fit.
You’ll Get The Same Trusted Sitter Every Time
When you schedule a service with us, we’ll partner you with a primary and back-up pet sitter based on your needs and schedule. You’ll have the chance to meet these nearby sitters and once you approve of them, we’ll assign them to your account. Any time you schedule services thereafter, you’ll receive care from your primary or back-up sitter. This way you know your pet is getting care from someone you (and they) know, trust, and like every time.

Meet The Team
Lorrie Culp - Owner
We obtained Fetch! Pet Care April 1st, 2008 and strive to meet and exceed the goals of outstanding customer service and quality animal care. Animals are my passion, and I enjoy being able to provide care to clients as a 5-star Pet Sitter when not working on the back-end of the business. I am trained in administering diabetic shots and love caring for puppies! Howling behind is Vincent, who we lost to cancer in June, 2017. He was my “soul puppy” and forever is in my heart.
Eric Culp - Owner
Eric has been a pet guardian since childhood, and this was one of our girls. We found Chloe through Safe Harbor Prison Program in Kansas. We have had 7 huskies, and 3 came from Taysia Blue Husky & Malamute Rescue, which we also volunteer with. Eric is also known throughout the metro as Santa in Des Moines to many children and animals!
Gina - Pet Care Coordinator
Gina is our wonderful Pet Care Coordinator, and you may speak with her on the phone or by email. She works out of her home office in California for several Fetch! franchises. When not providing excellent customer service for all of us, Gina can be found somewhere around horses, which are her passion. She is also a professional artist. Her works can be found in the homes of celebrities such as Bo Derek and Jerry Moss, founder of A&M records.
Amanda
Amanda is a 5-star Pet Sitter who enjoys providing Almost Overnight care, Private Dog walks, 30 minute Cat visits, Small Animal visits and many other services in Des Moines, Clive, West Des Moines, Waukee, Windsor Heights and other suburbs. Amanda is a graphic designer and enjoys playing board games and reading. She has also driven across almost all of the USA!
